Which client should I download?
For Windows we recommend our EvilFox VPN client — get the .exe on the Download page or from de4ima.uk. Activate an oplata.info code in the app cabinet — see EvilFox activation. For VLESS / Remnawave you can also use Hiddify, Happ, or V2RayTun. For AWG / WireGuard use Amnezia VPN (prefer 4.8.18.0). NaiveProxy — Karing.
What is the difference between 3x-ui, Remnawave, and Amnezia?
3x-ui — a config for a chosen server. Remnawave — one HTTPS link for many servers, with traffic and device limits. Amnezia — AWG 2.0 / WireGuard / NaiveProxy in a separate AWG dashboard. Buy and open configs in the matching section to avoid confusion. Separately: an EvilFox code subscription (oplata.info) lives in the app, not in the site dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, if a “3 day” / demo plan is enabled: once per account. You usually need to link Telegram with an @username to limit abuse. After the demo, buy a regular plan or renew from balance. A site dashboard demo is not the same as an EvilFox activation code from oplata.info.
Why does Remnawave show “—” instead of devices?
New subscriptions store the panel id immediately. Older or imported configs get the id resolved automatically when you open the dashboard (from the subscription link). Refresh after a few seconds. If it stays “—” or “?”, contact support with the config ID.
VPN is connected but sites still look “local”
Enable full tunnel mode: in Hiddify — VPN mode (during setup choose region “Other”, not “Russia”); in V2RayTun — tunnel mode; in EvilFox — make sure the subscription is active (via code or import from the site dashboard), the connection is on, and Kill Switch / full tunnel if needed. Without VPN/tunnel mode some traffic bypasses the tunnel.
How do I renew, and what is auto-renew?
In the website dashboard click “Renew” — the amount is charged from your balance. If auto-renew is on in profile, Remnawave is extended for the same term you bought, starting 7 days before expiry, when funds are sufficient. If the balance is too low, you get a reminder. Auto-renew is not a card charge. If buttons are greyed out, check balance, plan term, or a panel message; for Amnezia use the AWG dashboard. An EvilFox subscription from an oplata.info code is renewed per Digiseller product terms / by buying a new code — not via balance.php.
Where is the Amnezia config and how do I change server?
Only in the AWG dashboard. Open the config → import vpn:// or key text into Amnezia VPN. Server change — “Change server”. Renewal is there too. Amnezia configs are not in the main dashboard.
Remnawave device limit exceeded — what now?
Disconnect extra devices in the client or buy slots in “Devices”. While over the limit, the panel may disable the subscription. Extra GB — “Extra GB” for the current paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow the refund policy and rules. Permanent bans for abuse (key sharing, demo farming) are not lifted. For oplata.info / Digiseller purchases, the payment platform rules also apply.
How do I activate EvilFox with a code (oplata.info)?
1) Pay via the oplata.info link (official button on the activation page). 2) Get the code on the payment page and/or by email. 3) Download EvilFox VPN. 4) Open the app → “Cabinet” inside the client → paste the code → Activate. Details: evilfox_activate.php.
Should I enter the oplata.info code on the website (Top up balance)?
No. The EvilFox product code from oplata.info is entered only in the EvilFox VPN app cabinet. The site “Top up” page is for account balance (card/SBP/site top-up codes / Digiseller balance). Different products — mixing them up is the most common mistake.
How is the site dashboard different from the EvilFox cabinet?
Website dashboard (dashboard) — after logging into the site: buy 3x-ui / Remnawave / Amnezia from balance, links, renewals, tickets. Cabinet in EvilFox — a screen inside the Windows app: enter the license/subscription code from oplata.info there. A website account is not required for an EvilFox code.
I paid on oplata.info — where is the code and what next?
After a successful payment the code is shown on the result page and often emailed. Digiseller/oplata.info purchase history usually lets you view it again. Next: install EvilFox → “Cabinet” in the app → paste the code. Do not enter it in the browser on evilfox.win in the balance field.
EvilFox code rejected / “already used”
Check: full code with no extra spaces; payment completed; code not already activated on another PC; latest EvilFox; internet during activation. One code is usually one activation (per product terms). If payment succeeded but the code fails — open a ticket with order id / payment time and a screenshot (hide card details).
Do I need a website account if I bought an EvilFox code?
For activating the code in the app — no. A website account is needed if you buy configs via site balance (3x-ui, Remnawave, Amnezia) or open tickets tied to dashboard purchases.
Can one EvilFox code be used on several PCs?
Usually no, or only within the device limit stated in the Digiseller product. Re-entering an already activated code on another PC usually fails. Check the product description on the payment page.

Activate subscription by code in EvilFox VPN

A separate flow: you pay via Digiseller/oplata.info, receive a code, and activate the subscription in the EvilFox VPN Windows client. Do not confuse this with the website personal cabinet.

Important: the “Cabinet” section in the app ≠ the website dashboard. The oplata.info code is not entered on the top-up page.

  1. Go to payment: the official link (default oplata.info, product id_d=6030449) and complete the payment.
  2. Save the issued activation code (payment page / email / purchase history).
  3. Download and install EvilFox VPN (.exe).
  4. Open the app → “Cabinet” → subscription/license code field → paste → activate.
  5. Wait for confirmation and connect to VPN. On errors — see the FAQ above or open a ticket.

Other path: register on the site → balance → buy 3x-ui / Remnawave / Amnezia in the dashboard → import the link into EvilFox as a client. That is not a substitute for an oplata.info code.

Getting started

  1. Sign up and log in.
  2. Top up your balance (card, SBP, Digiseller, or a top-up code — whatever is available).
  3. Choose a section: 3x-ui, Remnawave, or Amnezia. If available — a “3 day” demo.
  4. Download a client on Download (Windows: EvilFox VPN), copy the link or config from the dashboard, and import it into the app.

EvilFox VPN (Windows) — our client: subscriptions and configs from the site dashboard, Kill Switch, RU/EN, light/dark theme. You can also activate a subscription by code from oplata.info in the app “Cabinet” — guide. Direct .exe: EvilFox.exe.

Hiddify / Happ / V2RayTun — for VLESS and Remnawave subscriptions. Amnezia VPN — for AWG / WireGuard. Karing — for NaiveProxy (naive+https://).

Sign up and log in

Enter email and password when registering. Forgot your password — reset it. Social / Telegram login may be available if enabled. A referral link at signup is applied automatically; the partner program is under Referrals.

Top up balance

In the dashboard open “Top up”. Card, SBP, or other methods depend on site settings. You can enter a top-up code or redeem a Digiseller code for site balance if available. That is not the EvilFox subscription code from oplata.info — enter that in the app (how to activate).

We do not charge your card automatically. Site dashboard services are paid only from your site balance. In profile you can enable voluntary auto-renew from balance — not a card binding, just a debit from already credited funds when a config expires.

Buying 3x-ui

The “Buy config” section — plans for one server or bundles for several 3x-ui nodes. On purchase choose a server and, if needed, inbound / protocol. Paid from balance. The link and QR appear in the dashboard.

For a single config you can transfer the subscription to another server (monthly transfer limit applies). An aggregate subscription link for all active configs is in the “Subscription” block in the dashboard.

Buying Remnawave

The Remnawave section — packages with one subscription URL for multiserver access. After purchase an https://… link appears in the dashboard. Works with EvilFox, Hiddify, v2rayNG, Streisand, and other URL-import clients.

The subscription has a traffic limit and often a device (HWID) limit. Extra GB — “Extra GB”; extra devices — “Devices”. On renewal, older unlimited panel subscriptions may switch to a fixed limit — that is expected.

Buying WireGuard / AWG 2.0

The WireGuard and AWG 2.0 section — AWG 2.0, WireGuard, or NaiveProxy, server from the list. Configs live in the AWG dashboard and are not mixed with 3x-ui or Remnawave.

For AWG/WG install Amnezia VPN and import a vpn:// link or config text. For NaiveProxy — Karing and a naive+https:// link. Server change and renewal are in the AWG dashboard. Extra traffic above the plan base — “Buy extra traffic” for the paid period (must be paid again next period).

Site dashboard

The main dashboard — 3x-ui configs and Remnawave subscriptions: link, expiry, renew, QR. For Remnawave the table loads traffic and devices asynchronously (spinner, then numbers). This is not the cabinet inside the EvilFox app (where you enter the oplata.info code).

The Amnezia dashboard — AWG / WireGuard / NaiveProxy only. Balance history is under Actions. Traffic stats (if enabled) — statistics.

If the marketplace is enabled, a purchased config may first land in frozen — activate it when you are ready to start the term.

Renewal

In the dashboard click “Renew” on the config or open the renewal page. The amount is charged from balance; for Remnawave price and term come from the package, for Amnezia — from the AWG dashboard.

With auto-renew enabled in the profile, the system in real time (dashboard and cron) extends Remnawave for the same term you bought if fewer than 7 days remain and the balance is sufficient. If funds are low, you get a reminder. This is not a card charge.

Remnawave: traffic and devices

In the dashboard a Remnawave subscription shows used traffic and limit. Extra GB — Extra GB (for the current paid period).

The device (HWID) limit is 10 free slots per subscription by default. If you connect more, the subscription is paused in real time (the account is not banned): disconnect an extra device or buy slots in “Devices”. You will get a calm in-app notice on how to restore access.

Aggregate subscription link

In the dashboard “Subscription” block there are two personal links — they pull all active 3x-ui and Remnawave configs from the main dashboard (not Amnezia). Handy for clients with auto-updating server lists. You can copy a single config link from the table row.

Device limits and rules

Remnawave: up to 10 devices free per subscription (plus paid slots). If the limit is exceeded, the subscription is paused until you buy slots or disconnect an extra device — not a punishment, just the service rule. You will get a cabinet notice.

Service rule: one issued subscription/link is not for mass sharing or simultaneous use on a large number of devices beyond the limit. Abuse (including demo farming) may lead to account blocking.

How the network works

A short note on what the service is for and how stable the connection can be. This is not a waiver — just honest network limits.

  • The service is intended for protecting your traffic and privacy through encryption. We do not guarantee access to specific resources when operator policies or network restrictions change.
  • If classic transports are unstable on your network, we recommend using XHTTP instead of TCP for VLESS — the connection is usually more reliable, but without absolute guarantees.
  • On a phone over mobile data, stable operation is not guaranteed: it may work or may not. Over Wi‑Fi it is usually noticeably better, but also without guarantees. On other devices (PCs, laptops, tablets) users report no issues.

Support

Create a ticket in the support section. Include the config ID from the site dashboard, type (3x-ui / Remnawave / Amnezia), client (EvilFox, Hiddify, Amnezia…), and what you already tried. For an EvilFox oplata.info code — attach order id / payment time (hide card details) and the app error text; see activation. Before contacting us, check that the app is up to date and the copied link or code is correct.
